Investigating

The Kava development team has announced that the Kava blockchain will undergo a scheduled network upgrade on / around 8:00 am PST on Wednesday, April 24 which is expected to cause delayed sends and receives until the upgrade is complete. The developer expects this upgrade to take up to 2-3 hours. Buying, selling, and trading Kava on Coinbase are not impacted.
