We have temporarily disabled EFT deposits and buys for Simplii and CIBC bank accounts for Canadian users. EFT withdrawals remain available. Other payment methods including Interac and other banks are not affected. We are working to resolve this issue and will provide an update shortly. Your funds are safe.
